NAFA CanAm XI and UFLI Tournament of Champions Readiness....

We are about 8 weeks away from NAFA CanAm and UFLI Tournament of Champions.  FFF will be joining our friends Crazy Train / K9 Outlaws at CanAm in early October and then, the following week, we will join Cirque Berzerk at UFLI Championships.

We will have our trusty BC, Clover and both height dogs, Cooper and Camden with us when we arrive in Indianapolis and St Louis.  Because these athletes will be competing in back to back weekends, we want to make sure that they are prepared and ready for the challenge of high level racing.  Our goal is to keep them healthy and make sure they're having fun without stress from now until October... And then we focus on keeping them energized and safe in the lanes through the two weekends of competition.

That means conditioning work starts this week, along with diet changes and preparation for travel.  Clover is already doing swimming and full on free running at Jenny's farm.  Cooper and Camden took to the mats and we went back to basic box foundational work...

Follow us as we prep for our October tournaments...

Time for Alaska!

Right after the Surf Tournament, Camden and I packed up and made our way up north to Anchorage, Alaska to race with our friends in Region 18.

Two short flights from SFO to SEA and then SEA to ANC... And we were in beautiful weather up north.  A brief, short trip on Friday to learn about the Alaskan Husky and Iditarod racing at Martin Bruser's Kennel...

And of course, awesome racing all day Saturday and Sunday with Glaicers Shakers and the crew... Can't wait to do it all again!

Surf City Flyball Tournament...

Awesome times at Surf's tournament in La Mirada, CA.  We had so much fun running with Crazy Train and took home first in both REG 1 and MULTI 1 for Camden and Cooper, respectively.  Diego also got some time on the mats, doing recalls.

It was hot, but we all kept our cool and used the mat time as a nice practice for CanAm in a few months...
